Why do we suffer?

If you do not give up on harming yourself and others, you will suffer.

Your belonging to ‘high’ society or ‘high’ achievers will not protect you.

Your perceived power will not protect you.

Start with yourself.
List all those things that you know, for certain, are harmful to you.

Select the one from that list that requires the least effort to remove; remove it and keep going.

If you fail, keep trying again till you succeed.

One success will lead to another till you are able to help others.

Have you not read a sound narration attributed to the Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him:

“Faith has seventy-five branches, the top of which is saying there is no god but Allah, and the closest of which is removing harm from the road; and modesty is a branch of faith.”

Once you have dealt with your physical side, it would time to turn to your spirit.

That would be your true challenge.

“As for those who strive for Us, We will surely guide them to Our Paths;
And verily, Allah is with the good doers.”
Quran 29:69

The meek shall inherit the earth

When you walk in the desert and look up to the heavens, you know that its knowledge is beyond that of a heart trained in a modern university.

It belongs to those who walk humbly on the earth, those who are charitable, not to those who corrupt the land nor to those who strive to harm.

They claim intelligence to themselves, but refuse wisdom to the world!

“Indeed the creation of the heavens and the earth is greater than the creation of humankind, but most people do not know”
Quran 40:57

The love in me

Hear it first:

And now its approximate meanings in English:

In me there is love, ecstasy, and longing with no boundaries
O Messenger of Allah, my heart keeps singing your name
You are a mercy to the world; You came to erase all sorrows
O best messenger, through you we became the best nation
Your love that lives in me pours forth
An overflowing joy in the soul and an eternal peace
Bless him, O Lord, and give us a drink from the palm of his hand
The soul melted, yearned, and cried longing for him
