I saw the following post this morning:

We assume, the vaccination will help boost any person’s immunity against Sars-Cov-2 virus.
However, it is a scientific fact and a reality that being vaccinated, with current vaccines, against Sars-Cov-2 virus, once, twice or even three times does not stop the vaccinated person from being infected nor does it stop them from infecting others.

Hence, sacking a person, because they refuse to take the vaccine, is just unfair.
